To enable all citizens and businesses to contribute to our community and its legacy. 

 

Community Foundation’s such as ours serve communities in various ways. To the right  you will note three very different types of events on our calendar that will take place over the next few months. 

Occasionally the Foundation board will commit to facilitating contributions for community projects. In these special circumstances arrangements will be made so that gifts can be made through the Cary Community Foundation.This is four square in our mission to promote and facilitate philanthropy.  

Inside, visit a Donor Profile.  This is an example of a permanent, personal statement that each donor who establishes a fund can include on our site.  The statements provide an opportunity to express what means most to you, as a donor. It will also become a quilt of dozens of personal perspectives that, taken together, will become a hallmark of the very philanthropic fabric of Cary.  
  
Also new to our site is the story of how a scholarship fund was created by the Woman’s Club of Cary, and why they decided to place one of their scholarship funds at the Cary Community Foundation, permanently.   

We hope that you will visit us frequently to see additional ways in which this Foundation is striving to meet our community’s needs and create opportunities for generations to come.
