Community Grant Awards
In November 2007, the Cary Community Foundation was honored to distribute $50,000 at its inaugural Community Grant Awards ceremony to 21 worthy nonprofit organizations that serve the Cary community. The grants awards were distributed from the Founder’s Endowment Fund. Grant award recipients were, and will continue to be, nonprofit organizations that focus their community service work to benefit Cary residents in one of the following areas: Children and Families, Community Development, Cultural Arts, and Environmental.
